Fernsehturm at Sunset

A few minutes after the train, I switched to 200mm and filled the frame with the tower and the sun. At that length the haze turns everything gold and the Fernsehturm becomes a flat dark shape.

It was built in the 1960s to be seen from all over East Berlin. It is still the easiest way to know where you are in the city.
